Each year, after our annual performance management cycle (Brain Technosys terms it as Performance Appraisal), Management awards the extra-ordinary performers in form of incentives, treats and official tours, that too in addition to salary increments.
\nDespite of being not a very big team, 95% satisfaction and no underperformer this year has made the team Brain Technosys stronger. \u201cI am pleased to see the happiness, motivation and satisfaction all around after appraisal\u201d, said Shri Pal Singh, Director Brain Technosys. Special post appraisal party was organized for top performers this year, where they got the change to share an excellent dinner with Management & Seniors, share their thoughts on performance and growth in a friendly manner.<\/p>\n
